Hardcastle Burton 2021 Harvest Survey Results

Results of our annual harvest survey are now available. Included within our report are the average yields by land type for the 2021 harvest together with information on the percentage of crops contracted for sale by mid September. You will also find the final results from the 2020 harvest. These include averages for the past three years for yields, prices, costs and profitability split by land type.

This year we took part in the first annual Rural Accountancy Group survey and have included an extract of the results in our report. The survey aims to provide an insight into how farmers and landowners are reacting and planning for the changes ahead.

We prepare our harvest survey during a very busy time of year for our clients and are grateful to all of our contributors for their input, thank you.
