Hardcastle Burton Covid-19 update

We have been working hard to keep all of our staff and clients safe during the Covid-19 pandemic. Here are a few of the things we have been busy doing.

Whilst many of our staff are working at home to maintain social distancing in the office you can still call or email us as normal. You can find our staff contact details here. When staff are in the office we are all following government guidance, including regular hand washing, sanitising and increased cleaning of the office, not to mention the moving of lots of desks and furniture! The support and adaptability of our staff during this challenging time has allowed us to continue to provide our clients with the levels of service we are proud to offer.

Whilst the office is open for staff, clients are not currently visiting our offices for meetings or to see them. You are however able to drop records and documents off as usual, please either leave these in our post box located at the main entrance or visit reception during normal office hours where you will be directed as appropriate.

We are able to talk to you on a video call, conference call or simply by speaking on the phone to replace any face to face meetings.

Thank you to all our clients for your continued support. From talking to many of you we know what a challenging time this is for all of us. We continue to wish you all well and hope to see you all again in the office soon!
